Focusing on holistic healing, which is complete healing of the mind, body, and spirit. We are living in a time when a large amount of humanity is suffering from obesity, diabetes, stress and other dis-eases. It is time for us to reclaim our health and transform our thinking which affects our choices. Choosing wholesome lifestyle choices are the only thing that will save us. The purpose of Heal Talk Radio is to present information, options, directions and a helping hand to all those who are seeking or at least needing to transform themselves for the better. Through the use of the internet, workshops, seminars and community gatherings, Heal Talk Radio touches the masses where they need to be touched.
